Shipping Courier
For shipping we use EMS, Sodexi, UPS or DHL to ship the goods to you. We will provide you with a tracking number after shipment so you can track your package online through the following shipping couriers.
Delivery Time
Delivery will take upto 7 business days. Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
Confirmation
Customers will receive an email from us when their order is processed with an expected date of arrival & tracking number if an email address is included with the order. Packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office or delivery company may hold your package for pickup with short time or they may return the package to sender.
Customs
We always use most suitable shipping company for you which lowers the risk of customs. Most of the time we never get the shoes stopped by customs. Invoice would be enclosed in order to save your possible customs duty and tax. We are not responsible for products seized by local customs. We can't control any option or right that customs holds. We will do our best to help release the shoes.
